Everyone I have worked with at Geneva has been quick to respond and professional. More important they are not snakes like many of the equipment lending companies that try the bait a switch. I've had plenty of experience with the later . Others offer a great deals, promise it's going to be a $1.00 buy out then switch the contract at signing to a fair market value, meaning you have to buy the machine or equipment after you already finished you payments. Hard to find lenders like this. I will use them for all my equipment purchases.

If your vendor referred you to a specific rep ONLY work with them. I left Jeff a message and got a call back from Demi Stevenson. She informed me that he was on vacation. I told her I would wait to discuss my situation with him to see if it was even worth applying but she pushed me to go ahead like it wouldn’t matter. Foolish of me but I did. I got a call from an underwriter the next day saying I’d hear back the same day. So a business day a half later I get an “unfortunately” email from her. I know this is mostly on me and they may be a great company to work with but I really didn't enjoy the experience and causal “whatever” demeanor of the Geneva reps I encountered. I’m working with another company and a rep who cares to get the equipment my business needs.

I have used Geneva Capital to meet my small business equipment financing needs for a number of years now. They have always been professional and friendly and I have never had any issues. You get the feeling that they actually care about maintaing a good relationship with their clients. You can actually get ahold of them when needed, and they are responsive.
